From Route 287

Take the exit for Route #1 South.

Go through 4 lights.

Take the exit on the right for Plainfield Ave.

Make a right at the stop sign.

Go through 1 light.

The second street on the right will be Seymour Ave.

Make a right onto Seymour Ave.  The Church is 2 blocks on the right, and Gym is behind the church in the back.

From Route 1 North and South

Take the Plainfield Ave. exit toward Piscataway.

Pass “Wick Plaza” strip mall and make the second right onto Seymour Ave.

The Church is 2 blocks on the right, and Gym is behind the church in the back.

From the NJ Turnpike

Take exit 9 off of the NJ Turnpike onto Route 18 North.

Exit onto Route #1 North and then follow the directions as above for Route #1.

From the Garden State Parkway South

Take exit 130 (Route #1 South).

Go through 7 lights.

Take the exit for Plainfield Ave., on the right.

Turn right on Seymour Ave.

The Church is 2 blocks on the right, and Gym is behind the church in the back.

From the Garden State Parkway North

Take exit 127 and follow signs for Route 287 North

Follow directions (listed above) from Route #287.
